There are a few basic differences existing between those two conceptSome of them I can remember at the moment include-

1.Differences in their constant factor. The constant, G, for the gravitational force of a body is 6.67×10^-11 while that for Electrostatic force K( which is gotten from K= 1÷4πE, where E=8.85×10^-12C²N-¹M-²) Is 9×10^9N¹M²C-²

2. Gravitational force is an attractive force ONLY, while Electrostatic can be attractive or repulsive(depends on sign convention).

3. G= Gm1M2/r²(G=6.67 ×10^-11)

While

E= Kq1q2/r²(K=9×10^9C²N-¹M-²)

4.Electrostatic force depends on the medium of the Elements/charges/ions etc( Helps to determine permittivity,E) While Gravitational force does not(medium is the Earth).

5. Formulae for Electrostatic force is gotten from Coulomb's law. While Gravitational force was given by...errrr.... I'm in a fix between Newton & some other guy( Look this up yourself).
