yes bcz spontaneity is always positive in natural processes so the ice try to attain more spontaneity when it is dipped in watter hence the phase of ice is changed into liquid phase.

Dissolving of ice into water is a physical change because, here, only the physical state of the ice is changing, no chemical change is there and by decreasing the temperature we can get back the ice again.
