Answer:

answer is 7 cm

explanation:

Distance between centre of both circle = 10 cm

Radius of one of the circle (circle1)= 3 cm

Radius of another circle ( circle2) = x cm

As the cicle touch each other externally,

Distance between two centre = Radius of one circle + Radius of another circle

10 cm = 3 cm + x cm

x cm = 10 - 3 cm

x cm = 7 cm

Additional information: diameter of circle 1 is bigger than circle 2 as,

Diameter = Radius x 2
