Distance between the places A and B is 225km. In a map this distance

is denoted by a segment of length 2.5cm. In the same map if the
distance of a place C from A is 4.2 cm, then what is the actual

Step-by-step explanation:

Here given that,

Actual distance from A to B=225 km

It is denoted as 2.5 cm in map.

so, here 1kis denoted as= 225/2.5

=9.00

Then, given that distance from C to A in map is 4.2cm.

so,the actual distance=4.2*9.00=37.00

I don't known is it right or wrong. If it is wrong then sorry
