Speed of faster train = (X + 5) kmph
Distance between the trains = 165 km
Time = 3 hrs
Since both trains travel towards each other (opposite directions),
Relative speed = X + X+5 = 2X + 5
D/S = T
165/(2X + 5) = 3
165 = 6X + 15
6X = 150
X=25 kmph
