Distance of chord from center = 8 cm.

OC=8 cm .AC= 2

12=6 cm

In△OAC OA 2 =AC 2+OC 2OA 2 =(6) 2 +(8) 2

=36+64

[ OA=10 cm].

∴ Diameter of circle is 2(OA) = 20 cm.
