distance of point (- 3,4 )from the origin is

hharasudhan539: Distance from origin
So points (0,0)= x1,x2
And (-3,4)= y1,y2
Now distance = √(x2-x1)sq +(y2-y1)sq

= √ (4-0)sq +(-3-0)sq
=√16+ 9
= √25
= 5 units ans

Answer:

Distance = \sqrt{ {x}^{2} + {y}^{2} }

 = \sqrt{ { (- 3)}^{2} + {4}^{2} }

 = \sqrt{9 + 16}

 = \sqrt{25}

 = 5 \:

I Hope It Will Help!
