Here is the answer --->

Distance travelled by body under free fall is directly proportional to ( C ) time of fall ,

By kinematics 2nd equation :-->

s = ut + 1/2 at ^2

As u = 0 and a = g

S = 1/2 gt ^2

value of g is constant ,

S is directly proportional to ( t )^2
