Distilled water does not conduct electricity whereas rain water does because rain water is not that pure (distilled).

when rain falls on the earth's surface, it mixes with various dust particles.

though there are dust particles, it conducts electricity.

distilled water is the purest form of water so it doesn't have free ions to conduct electricity

whereas rain water contains very small amount of acids like carbonic acid , sulphuric acid, nitric acid where it has free ions to conduct electricity
