Distilled water is a bad conductor of electricity. How can you make it a good conductor of electricity?

Distilled water is a good insulator because it is a good ionic solvent which allows them to dissolve ionic compounds easily without any hassle. Since it contains a large number of dissolved ions it cannot become a good conductor of electricity

This can be done in many ways...like adding harmless impurities like of mg , ca etc...but the most common industrial way is to add a little amount of SULPHURIC ACID OR HYDROCHLORIC ACID.

This is due to the fact that the acid will release some free h+ or ions which will make it a good conductor
