Commerce:

1) It is concerned with the distribution of goods and services.
2) it requires lesser fixed capital but more working capital.
3) it is classified as trade and auxilaries to trade.
4) its basis is industries and profession.
5) goods are produced by vhange of place or by storing.
6) here, goods are transfered from one place to other place.

Trade:

1) it is concerned with actual purchase and sale of goods.
2) it may started and carried on with small capital.
3) it is classified as internal and external trade.
4) it is based upon commerce.
5) goods are produced by transferring its possesion.
6) market is the place where trading activities are performed.
