rights r freedoms which are essential for personal and common good and the guaranteed under the constitution Or claimed as a result of long usage .the right guaranteed under the Indian Constitution r fundamental in the sense that they have incorporated in the fundamental law of the land .i.e. the constitution and that and can be enforced by the court.
