rights r freedoms which are essential for personal and common good and the guaranteed under the constitution Or claimed as a result of long usage .the right guaranteed under the Indian Constitution r fundamental in the sense that they have incorporated in the fundamental law of the land .i.e. the constitution and that and can be enforced by the court.
part 4 of the Constitution Lays down the Directive Principles of State Policy. the directive principles are in the nature of direction or instructions that tell the legislature and executive what to do they serve as a beacon like to the court as well.
