A saprotroph is a type of organism which uses saprotrophic mode of nutrition and releases enzymes around the organism to make that area easy for them to intake. It doesn't harm the host on which it lives. Eg- Rhizopus (bread mould) and Agaricus (mushroom).

A parasite is a type of organism which uses parasitic mode of nutrition and feeds on the host on which it lives. It harms the host on which it lives. Eg- Lice and Tapeworms.
