AMMONOTELIC ANIMALS :
The organisms whose excreted waste consists of AMMONIA is called as ammonotelic organisms.As ammonia rapidly reacts in water the excretion is composed of both water and ammonia.Here a large amount of water is excreted.
EXAMPLE: fishes.
UREOTELIC ANIMALS:
The organisms whose excreted waste consists of UREA is called as ureotelic organisms.Here the excretion of water as a waste is minimised.
EXAMPLE: humans.
URICOTELIC ANIMALS:
The organisms whose excreted waste consists of URIC ACID is called as uricotelic organisms.Here the excreted waste is maximumly a solid excreta.
EXAMPLE: birds.
