Mass is the amount of substance contain in an object or thing
Weight =mass*accerlation of gravity
Accerlation of gravity on the earth is 9.8Newton

Heya user !!

Here's the answer you are looking for

☛Mass is the matter contained in an object.

Whereas weight is the force at which a planet pulls the object. That is, mathematically, weight = mass × acceleration due to gravity of that planet.

☛Mass doesn't depend on any external physical quantity.

Whereas weight depends on external physical quantity, that is acceleration due to gravity of the planet.

☛ Wherever you go, whichever planet you take the object, the mass of the object is gonna be the same everywhere as it doesn't depend on any external factor.

Whereas, the weight of an object changes from place to place, planet to planet with the difference in gravitational pull of the place/planet.

☛ Mass is measured in kg/g etc

Weight is measured in Newton or Kgm/s² etc.
