(a)

Autotrophs are organisms that can produce their own food from the substance available in their surroundings using light (photosynthesis) or chemical energy (chemosynthesis).

Heterotrophs are organisms that can't synthesis their own food and rely on other organisms — both plants — and animals for nutrition.

(b)

Decomposers consumes the small particles produced by the scavenger .... Decomposers are manly fungi ... Earthworm and Bacteria are also decomposers.
