Democracy refers to a government in which it is elected by the people, for the people and to the people. Whereas good democracy refers to a democracy in which no discrimination take place and everyone is equal before law.

Democracy will only say that we have gained rights but no one then uses those rights and if we use our rights then no one understands that we have rights and we can use them while as good democracy gives and everyone uses and understands all that rights.
