Ribosome. -

Helps in protein synthesis

Found in both plants and animals

Ribosomes are scattered everywhere inside the cell




Centrosome-

Plays major role in cell division

Found in only plants

Centrosome found inside nucleus only

Ribosomes are structures that help in protein synthesis, these may either be suspended in the cytosol or can be attached to the endoplasmic reticulum.

Centrosome is a small body located near nucleus.
