hello friend..!!
difference between adsorption and absorption :
ADSORPTION :
⇒ the phenomenon in which the concentration of the particles of gases and liquids are present more in the surface than in the bulk of the solid .
⇒ it is a surface phenomenon as the concentration of the particle will be more at the surface than the bulk of the solid.
ABSORPTION :
⇒ it is the phenomenon in which the particles of gases and that of liquids are distributed uniformly throughout the surface of the solid .
⇒ it is a bulk phenomenon , as the particles are distributed uniformly throughout the surface .

hope it helps..!!
