i) Balanced force means the sum of all the forces(or net force) acting on a body is zero.

Unbalanced force means the sum of all the forces acting on a body is non-zero.


ii) Balanced force doesn't affect the state of motion of object. 

Unbalanced force changes the state of motion.

These forces doesn't cause any change in motion of that object/body.
UNBALANCED FORCES: Unbalanced forces are forces that cause a change in motion of an object/body.They are unequal forces.This happens when the resultant force (net force) of all the forces acting on a body is non zero.
