in binary fission a single part divides into 2 similar daughter nuclie for ex algae whereas in multiple fission one cell divides into many nuclie example is plasmodium ... hope it will help u..

In Binary fission an organism splits into the two different parts, this process is done by asexual reproduction, but in Multiple fission an organism splits into many tiny parts this process is also done by asexual reproduction .
