pollutants are those pollutants which cause harm to the environment as the micro bacteria that is present in our environment unable to decompose them. They survive in our environment for a long time and cause harm to it they can also contain some poisonous chemicals in them

Ex - Polyvinyl chloride ,Polythin etc
