the material which can be easily broken down by microorganisms is called biodegradable materials and the substance or material which cannot be broken downby microorganisms are called non biodegradable materials

•Biodegradable materials :
Materials which gets decomposed by decomposers after some time and did not pollute the environment .
Ex:Clothes ,vegetables waste.

•Non -Biodegradable materials :
Materials which did not get decomposed by decomposers and pollute the environment.
Ex:DDT,Plastics.
