I just know three points.. So, Sorry for that
1. Bony Fish- Skeleton is made up of cartilage and bones
1. Cartilaginous Fish- Skeleton is only made up of cartilage.
2. Bony Fish- Their mouth is terminal
2. Cartilaginous Fish - Their mouth is present at the lower part.
3. Bony Fish- Eg: Tuna, rohu fishes
3. Cartilaginous Fish- Eg: Sharks.

1. The mouth of bony fishes is at terminal end of the head.
2. Swim bladder is present.
3. They have cycloid and ctenoid scales.
4. Their fertilization is external.
5. They are also known as osteichthyes.

2. Swim bladder is absent.
3. They have placoid scales.
4. Their fertilization is internal.
