Co-initial vector:

If any given two vectors has the same initial points, it is known as 'Co-initial vector'

In the below-given diagram, both OA, and OB has the same 'initial point'.

Co-planar vector:

Any vectors 'parallel to the same line' or is on the same line is known as 'co-planar vectors'.  

In the below-given diagram, both AB, and CD is parallel to the line. Hence two vectors are 'co-planar' vectors.
