Distinguish between commercial advertising and social advertising

the main difference is that social advertising is of the government.
and commercial advertising is of private houses.

commercial advertising is particulalrly for a product for an individual to use .for ex..cosmetics beauty products etc whereas social advertising is for craeting a sense of awareness on a issue in the society for ex..swach bharat abhiyan ,beti bachao beti padhao abhiyan..
