Conductors. are those who allows electricity to pass through them.

Ex_ Aluminium,silver

Insulators are those who don't allow electricity to pass through them.

Ex_Rubber,Wood,Paper etc

In simple words

Conductors allow the flow of heat. Examples - metals

Insulators does not allows the flow of heat. Examples - non stick pan.
