Cytoplasm is the space in cell if we remove the nucleus all this is called the cytoplasm which contains organelles like Endoplasmic reticulum . Mitochondria . ribosomes etc . 
Nucleoplasm is the space in nucleus if we remove nucleolus all remaining space is  called nucleoplasm basically it contains genetic information

Cystoplasm :------ portion of Protoplasm lying between the cell membrane and the nuclear membrane.

Nucleoplasm :------ The semi solid substance found inside nucleus.
