ok lets see. density of population is simply the amount or average amount, to be specific, of people per unit volume or area of wherever u are measuring. a simple was is that if u measure half of Texas the population density would be the amount of people there per unit square mile and so forth.

distribution of population on the other hand is more or less the patter people live in this world. example Russia has an insane amount of people living there while Antarctica is few. it is like that.
