Demand is the ability and willingness to buy of a good or service at a certain price, while Desire is the wish to have some particular good or service, its price may be lower/higher. ... On the other hand you wish to buy a Ferrari but you don;t have the required amount for it, this is your Desire.

Answer:

Desire is what one wishes to have, while demand includes purchasing the same good.

  • Demand is the amount of goods that buyers are willing and able to purchase at different prices over a given period of time.
  • Desire is whatever we want or whatever we want, but you don't have enough money or income to afford it.
  • For example, A has Rs. 10,000 and wants to buy a Rs. 12,000 mobile, this is referred to as desire. (Wanting something but can't buy.) B has Rs. 12,000 and would like to buy the same Rs. 10,000 mobile. This is known as request. (Wanting something inside their earnings that they can afford)
