Electrolytes are chemical compounds which conduct electricity in fused or in aqueous soln state and undergo chemical decomposition due to flow of current through it.
Non electrolytes are chemical compounds which do not conduct electricity in fused or aq soln state and do not undergo chemical decomposition due to flow of current through it.
