dimethyl amine is more acidic than trimethylamine because due to steric affect electron is not easily available as we know that those bases are more basic which give electron easily ant that is the reason why di metheyl amine is more basic

Ethylamine :
1) It reacts with CHCl3 and KOH forms carbylamine.
2) It reacts with HNO2 and forms ethyl alcohol.
Diethylamine :
1) It doesn't react with CHCl3 and KOH.
2) It reacts with HNO2 and forms
N-nitroso amine (Yellowish oil ).
