the main difference between internal and external fertilization is that :
the internal fertilization occurs inside the body that has external fertilization happening outside the body.....
external fertilization : amphibians and fish species can fertilize eggs outside their body
internal fertilization : mammals ,reptiles and birds are some example of internal fertilization
