finals goods are those goodswhich are used by the consumers forfinal use. intermediate goods are those goods which are not ready forfinal consumption and are used as raw materials for further production.
example of final good:sugar,salt purchasedby consumer for final consumption
example of intermediate good:
cotton purchased by a textile producer for making cloth from it
