HERE IS YOUR ANSWER MATE:-
- FIR:- First information report (FIR) is a written document prepared by police when they receive information about any case or committing any offensive crime.
- It is a report that reaches the police first in point of time and that is why it is known as FIR.
- CHARGE SHEET:- A charge sheet is prepared after FIRs, and charges an individual for the crime specified in those FIR.
- Once it is submitted to court of law,the court will decide as to who among accused has sufficient prima facie against him/her to be puted in trial.
