HERE IS YOUR ANSWER MATE:-

  1. FIR:- First information report (FIR) is a written document prepared by police when they receive information about any case or committing any offensive crime.
  2. It is a report that reaches the police first in point of time and that is why it is known as FIR.
  3. CHARGE SHEET:- A charge sheet is prepared after FIRs, and charges an individual for the crime specified in those FIR.
  4. Once it is submitted to court of law,the court will decide as to who among accused has sufficient prima facie against him/her to be puted in trial.
