distinguish between fluency and accuracy

Actually being accurate means being precise and correct.

Whereas as fluency means being accurate, fast while expressing.

These terminologies are mostly used in languages reading part. In this context, accuracy means reading without any errors either grammatical or pronunciation whereas fluency means reading quickly(understandable by others i.e ideal speed), reading without errors and using your expressions while communicating.
