Answer:

Formal Equality

Formal equality, in its formal sense, is the equality of women and men. It applies that same rules and regulations apply on men and women in political, social and economic sectors.

Formal equality of opportunity

Formal equality of opportunity applies that formal rules shouldn't stop any individual of the society from any achievement. It excludes all the personal characteristics such as class, gender, race, religion, and sexuality.
