Distinguish between forward biasing and reverse
biasing of junction diode.

In case of forward biasing of diode, an external source is connected to diode with p-region connected to +ve pole and n-region to -ve pole.

In case of reverse biasing of diode, external source is connected to junction diode with p-region connected to-ve pole and n-region connected to+ve pole.In case of forward biasing the resistance is low, and in reverse biasing is high.
