Answer:

Refresh Button - The refresh button, also know as refresh option, is a function of all Internet browsers. It is used to ask the browser to send you the most updated version of the page you're viewing.

Home Button - The Home key is a control key for returning the text cursor to the beginning of the line on which you're currently typing. This key may also move the cursor to the beginning of a document, web page, or cell. Examples of using the Home key.

Home button:-

When you click on the home button, then you reach the home page/New tab. The home page is a page where you start to work on chrome. You can click the home button when you need to restart your work. The shortcut to open a home page is = Ctrl + T. It looks like a hut above the bookmark bar.

Note - Home button isn't in default. You will have to add it going to the chrome settings.

Refresh button:-

The refresh button is a button trough which you reload the page you have opened. It is the most used button above the bookmark bar. It looks like a round arrow type shape. When the page isn't responding or there are some sudden changes that you have to see, you can click on the refresh button. The shortcut key is = Ctrl + R.

Note - Refresh page warns you sometimes that there are some changes you need to save before leaving.
