Answer:

Distinguish between hot desert and cold desert with suitable example. What type of clothes the people of the Sahara Desert wear?

Explanation:

The cold deserts are mostly found in temperate regions at higher latitudes, e.g. Arctic, the Antarctic and Greenland including the areas above the tree lines of mountain ranges. They have mildly hot summers and extremely cold winters.

A hot desert is a part of the world that has high average temperatures and very low precipitation. These areas need to have less than 250mm of rainfall per year to be classified as a desert.

Answer for first part of the question:The main difference between hot and cold desert is that the hot desert is battered by a high sun whereas the cold desert has ice and the snow in the ground. Furthermore, hot deserts are closer to the equator while cold deserts are in extreme northern or southern latitudes. Therefore, the temperature of the hot deserts is high while the temperature of cold deserts is low.
