FINAL GOODS.... These are those goods who have crosses the boundary line of production and r ready to use by final users....
INTERMIDIATE GOODS.....These r those goods who have not yet crossed the boundary line of production and r not ready to use and value is to be added...
Distinction is important because...
To avoid the problem of double counting we need to make this difference because value of intermidiate goods is already added in final goods...
