An isothermal process is the one that has no internal energy exchange.

Also, it won’t have any effect on the temperature of the system.

This situation occurs due to a slow system where the surrounding will change up.

An adiabatic process is the one that has zero transfer of energy in the process.

This type of system is fast and hence no heat exchange occurs which is ideal on a practical level.
