distinguish between joint sector and co operative sector industries please consider: investment production loss / profit who appoints employees? who manages it? PLEASE ANSWER FAST WHAT YOU KNOW.

-Joint sector is a situation whereby the ownership,control & management are shared jointly by the government,the private entrepreneurs & public at large.The management control of joint sector enterprise lies with the nominees or representatives of the government,private businessmen & the public while Cooperative sector industries are owned & operated by group of individuals who are producers or work in the industry.Capital is pooled in together by people & profits & profits & losses are shared by them.
