Legal Soveregnity
1. It is definite and determinate
2.It is definitely organised and reorganize by constitutional law.
3.It alone has the power to declare in legal terms the will of the state.
Political Sovereignity
Political sovereignty is the one with the upper hand. Political sovereignty is the supreme control of political issues at home and abroad.
Political sovereignty can be gained by a large majority win at election time as the majority of the population favours this shows that the individual voted in.

Legal Sovereignty:-
1. The legal sovereignty is always definite and determinate.
2. Legal sovereignty may reside either in one person or in a body of persons.
3. It is definitely organized, precise and known to law.
4. Rights of citizen are gift of legal sovereign.

6. Legal sovereignty is absolute. It cannot be questioned. In Britain, King in Parliament is the sovereign. In U.S., the legal sovereign consists of the constitutional authorities.

Political Sovereignty
It’s the dominant power exercised by a country in relation to some matter with reference to some other country. As we all should know, sovereignty originated in the old days when nearly all countries have a sovereign (a monarch, a king). Political Sovereignty came to be the Sovereignty of People that is exercised by The Parliamentarians i.e. The Elected Representatives, on behalf of the People of the State.
