Lender:
- The person gives money is called lender.
- Lender gather an interest rate on the amount of money which is lent.

- Lender earn a bonus on the money being provided while borrowing is the process to attain a certain advantage in the business.
Borrower:
- The person who receives money is called Borrower.
- Borrower obtained when organisations are being funded by other parties or entities.
- These are to be repaid after a certain period of time with an interest rate attached to them.
- However Borrowing, takes place when there is a need to acquire funds and use it in purposes like business, research, etc.
