Lobopodium and filopodium are two of the four different types of pseaudopodia found in protozoans.

Lobopodium

It is a broad or thick pseudopodium with a blunt rounded tip.

They are extensions of both ectoplasm and endoplasm.

Example: Amoeba, Entamoeba

Filopodium

They are  thin, slender, and often branching structures

It is the extension of only ectoplasm.

Example: Eglypha, Chhydophrys

Note: The other two types are

Reticulopodia - More branching and rejoining of fine threads finally forming a dense network. (Example: Globigerim)

Axopodia/Actinopodia - Long thin, but complex pesudopodia that can be extended and retracted. (Example: Acfinophrys)
