MARINE INSURANCE-:) Marine Insurance is a contract of indemnity where insurer, i.e. insurance company, undertakes to indemnify the insured against risk during marine adventure. The marine insurance policy can be taken for a particular period or a particular voyage.
FIRE INSURANCE-:) It refers to that insurance under which, the insurer, in exchange of a fixed premium promises the insurer to compensate upto specified amount, if the property of the insured gets damaged due to fire till a specified date.
