Distinguish between menstrual cycle an oestru cycle

Menstrual cycle occurs in primates. Oestrus cycle occurs in non-primate animals. Menstrual cycle consists of proliferative, secretory and menstrual phase. Oestrus cycle does not possess such phases and is comparatively less complex than menstrual cycle.
