Metaphase :

● Metaphase is the third stage/phase of mitosis.

●In metaphase, Chromosomes move to spindle equator and spindle fibers attached to centromers.

●It is the process that separates duplicated genetic material carried in the nucleus of a parent cell into two identical daughter cells.

Telophase:

● Telophase is the final stage of cell cycle.

●In this phase chromatids elongate and becomes invisible.

●Nuclear membranes form round daughter nuclei.

●Cell membrane pinches in to form daughter cells or new cell wall material becomes in laid down across spindle equator.

●Nucleus divides into two and division of cytoplasm starts.
