open unemployment is a condition in which people have no work to do . They are able to work and are also willing to work but there is no work for them ... Hence it is called open unemployment .

Disguised unemployment existing where part of the Labour force is either left without work or working in redundant manner where worker productively is essentially zero .... An economy demonstrates disguised unemployment when productively is low and two many workers are filling too few jobs
